Amid the failure of demonstrations and strikes capable of provoking an effective split in Israeli society and continuous military defeats, Hamas chief Sinuar is attempting to open a new front in Judea and Samaria through an escalation of terror.
Here is a brief overview of the terror attacks against the people of Israel that have happened or attempted to happen recently, which miraculously did not result in serious casualties:
1. On Saturday evening, a booby-trapped car exploded at a gas station in the Gush Etzion district (Judea), apparently earlier than planned. What is called an “accident at work” happened. Thank G-d, no one was injured. The terrorist was successfully eliminated.
2. That same night, another Arab terrorist managed to break into Karmei Tzur (Gush Etzion) with a booby-trapped car. A security patrol overtook the car, initiated a collision and eliminated the bandit. The car exploded, but again no one was injured.
3. At the entrance to the village of Ateret in the Binyamin district (Samaria), a booby-trapped car was found with a huge load of explosives - 49 kilograms. The terrorists, G-d forbid, intended to blow up a school bus carrying children. The explosives were neutralized without harming anyone. No one was injured.
4. About a week ago, Arab terrorists attempted to attach a bomb to a bus in southern Beit Lechem (Judea). The bus was damaged, but miraculously no one was hurt.
5. About two weeks ago, a terrorist with a bomb exploded, seemingly ahead of schedule, in Tel Aviv near a synagogue where 120 people were at that moment. The explosion completely destroyed a truck standing nearby, the windows of the synagogue were blown out, but none of the worshippers were hurt!
6. About a month ago in the area of Halhul (Judea), again due to an “ accident at work”, we will say - a visible miracle, a booby-trapped car exploded, injuring two terrorists.
7. In the Tubas neighborhood in northern Samaria, about a month and a half ago, a booby-trapped car exploded, apparently also due to some kind of malfunction. Again we see this as a miracle revealed to us by G-d.
8. Yesterday, Hillel Rosen, a reporter for Channel 14, told us that the General Security Service (Shabak) recently succeeded in preventing two serious terrorist attacks that were to take place, G-d forbid, in one of the densely populated areas of the country. These explosives were prepared by Arab terrorists from Shchem (Samaria).
Even a cursory review of the above list, which does not seem to reveal even a fraction of all preventable threats, clearly illustrates the reality: we live in an environment of continuous miracles, and this is our reality!
Amazing miracles happen all the time. Some of them are completely hidden from us, some of them we recognize in incredible sequences of coincidence, manifesting themselves as “accidents” and “ accidents at work” of our enemies, explosions occurring a little earlier or a little later in time or almost next to the place planned by our enemies, and so on.
Again we repeat - we see in all these things manifestations of the miracles that G-d allows us to see. May G-d, blessed be His Name, continue to guard and protect us in every moment. “Let us give thanks to G-d, for He is good, and His mercy is everlasting!”
At the same time, we will emphasize again and again the obvious: our government and army can never rely on miracles alone. Only a military and political victory, as well as the total eradication of terror - both Hamas (Sinuar) and the PA (Abu Mazen), the complete destruction of their evil power and might, and the return of control of the situation to our army throughout Judea, Samaria and Gaza, will bring us back to safety. This is very real and possible! Our government is firm that the Gaza border with Egypt cannot be returned to Hamas control and this is a very important moment on the road to our victory.
